HOUSING LOAN TO PUBLIC SCHEME

PURPOSE:

  1. Construction of house
  2. Purchase of Built up House/flat
  3. Purchase of Plot/land and Construction of house thereon
  4. Repair, Renovation ,Addition,Alteration

 

ELIGIBILITY:

  1. Any Individual having sufficient income
  2. Joint owners are also eligible

QUANTUM OF LOAN:

  1. Need based for Construction of House/flat or purchase of house/flat as per income/repaying capacity of the borrower.
  2. Income of spouse and earning children may also be included after taking them as co-borrower
  3. Maximum Rs.75 lakh for purchase of land/plot for construction of house building, but not more than 60% of the total eligibility.
  4. Repair/Renovation/Addition/Alteration-Max. 20 Lac

Margin

  1. Construction of House/flat and Purchase of Built up House/flat -20%
  2. Repair, Renovation,addition,Alteration - 20%
  3. Purchase of Land/Plot for House Building -40%

SECURITY:

  • Equitable/Registered mortgage of the property

 

REPAYMENT: 

  • Maximum 30 Years including moratorium period.
