HOUSING LOAN TO PUBLIC SCHEME
PURPOSE:
- Construction of house
- Purchase of Built up House/flat
- Purchase of Plot/land and Construction of house thereon
- Repair, Renovation ,Addition,Alteration
ELIGIBILITY:
- Any Individual having sufficient income
- Joint owners are also eligible
QUANTUM OF LOAN:
- Need based for Construction of House/flat or purchase of house/flat as per income/repaying capacity of the borrower.
- Income of spouse and earning children may also be included after taking them as co-borrower
- Maximum Rs.300 lakh for purchase of land/plot for construction of house building, but not more than 60% of the total eligibility.
- Repair/Renovation/Addition/Alteration-Max. 20 Lac

- Construction of House/flat and Purchase of Built up House/flat -20%
- Repair, Renovation,addition,Alteration - 20%
- Purchase of Land/Plot for House Building -25%
SECURITY:
- Equitable/Registered mortgage of the property
REPAYMENT:
- Maximum 30 Years including moratorium period.
